With a view to develop the people of deprived castes and nomadic tribes living below the poverty line in the society, the Government of Maharashtra”s Corporation has been established on 08/2/1984 as per the Companies Act, 1956.

The Corporation has been set up for the economic, educational and social upliftment of the economically weaker sections of the society belonging to the deprived castes and nomadic tribes by providing financial assistance at concessional rates. Loans are also provided to Special Backward Classes.
